Well, the blood has resumed flowing to my hands...I was white knuckling it for much of our drive this morning! The drive from Kelowna to Vancouver (along the Coquihalla highway-made famous by the “Highway through Hell” show) is insane! It was up and down mountains and around corners...and had a speed limit of 120 km/hour!!! We were driving the speed limit and had lots of vehicles passing us, including tractor trailers by times! Otherwise, the drive was uneventful. There were some low clouds, but we didn’t see smoke.Never a good sign when they have “runaway lanes”!
We stopped in Hope for lunch. I figured it was called that as everyone just “hoped” they made it!
We didn’t see Stallone anywhere...just this guy!
We made it to Vancouver!
We rented a small condo. It is in a brand new building, very nice, but cozy! Here is our view!
We walked around in the Gastown district for a bit tonight.
