Pink parade

Our team (the Prior Chest Nuts) got prepared for the pink parade by wearing pink or our team shirt in combination with Canada paraphernalia! Of course no attire would be complete without a bra on our head!

Once at the parade start site, we met the 4000 other participants from 19 countries, some dressed in crazy costumes!

We were led by a Chinese dragon. The energy was amazing. Fans along the parade route were cheering, clapping and encouraging us on. It was very emotional. Lots of flag waving, flags from around the world!

Once in the square, O Canada was played and we were united in song with our fellow Canadians. There were few dry eyes! This was definitely one of the most powerful moments in my life!
